Ashley Giles, APRN ABAAHP, FAAMM,
As the founder and clinical director of Origin Medical in Georgetown, Indiana, Ashley practices personalized evidence based medicine.
With over 15 years of experience spanning critical care, urgent care, and functional medicine, Ashley has cultivated a reputation as a sought-after expert in addressing complex, chronic conditions. She holds board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, (ARNP), American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners, (ABAAHP), and Fellowship in Anti-Aging Metabolic and Functional Medicine, (FAAMM).
In addition to her board Certifications Ashley is also an Elite Practitioner under Dr. Dayan Goodenowe, founder of Prodrome Sciences, where she specializes in diagnostics and interventions to support brain health and cellular function. Ashley initiated her training in neuroendocrinology under Dr. Mark Gordon, a pioneer in hormone-based therapies for brain health and regeneration, completing a NeuroEndocrine & Traumatic Brain Injury Fellowship, (Millennium Health Centers).
At Origin, Ashley integrates advanced diagnostics, genomics, peptide therapies, hormonal optimization, gut restoration, and cellular support into personalized plans that are as precise as they are empowering. Angela Thomas, APRN
Angie Thomas brings over 25 years of hands-on healthcare experience to the Origin Medical team. With a diverse clinical background spanning pediatric surgical units, allergy and immunology, home health, and long-term care, Angie has cultivated a rare depth of insight into how chronic illnesses develop and persist. This extensive experience allows her to look beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover the true root causes of health challenges.
